volkszone why do i bother

well ive been logged on volkzone since 2010 admittedly ive only posted 4 times and lurked now and again, but the night before last i thought i would pop on there and put a few posts on there and and have a natter ect ect.

90 odd people have viewed my thread with no comments not even a hello!!!

so iam not going back! 8)

anyone who moans about TLB does not realise what a craking forum this can be

 

Feel exactly the same, I don't start a lot of threads by my own nature, but when I did, people just ignored me, I didn't think I was that dull, haha ;D

 

Well can honestly say that I've been on others too - and not one reply was returned either!

I was made up when kind replies came in from my pics of KDM I was a little worried if people were going to be les than polite, however been made up can't wait for meeting a few of you as well on Saturday (as long as she has her MOT- fingers crossed for tomorrow)

So yeah cracking forum, learned a lot already and had a laugh and not even actually meet one of you - says a lot!

I found generally that you have to be part of the 'in' crowd over there. Shame. Although I do go over and browse around over there from time to time, I don't really try to 'fit in' anymore - I used to try and engage in conversation with people and very quickly realised that I wasn't getting anywhere.

 

It's a good place for selling your extra bits and bobs.

 

lots of forums can be like that,
especially when there are hundreds of users postin

i find vzi a larf,
and good for some info, and handy for getting parts,
i dont give a flying fcuk about their in crowds, or some of the idiots who get so wound up over nowt..

there are some plebs on there and some very clever people,.... much like real life..

it takes a mixture of forums to keep ya entertained ,
ive even been on the earlybay ... ;D

 

I think the mech and tech bit and for sale sections are really good, the chat section can be ok, but there's a lot of 'scene attitude', i don't go there very often, but ventured in over the weekend and got called 'an idiot' within about 5 mins. Which is only partially true

 

There are a lot of lurkers & you don't get many replies unless your in with the keyboard warriors. :
