Me & My mate have been to see a unit this morn its 2200sq ft much bigger than we required but got a good rate as currently empty. If anyone is in the area and would like to make use of it whether for a day or 2 or a week/month then pm me for details. rates negotiable and cheap.
Do you have to pay council tax on a unit or any other costs apart from the renting of the unit and the electric bill?
Rates per sq ft so bigger is more expensive. However there is a 54% discount this year only so this one for example should be £4k but with discount is 2k.
not sure on that mate but if you ring your local council and give them the address of the unit they will tell you the current rates.
Don't see why not Carl 1974 ! god if i was up that way i'd jump at the chance to get in there . Having space and a decent roof would be equally as necessary/ handy summer or winter in my opinion . Good Luck Mate
