Na I'm going for a healthy breakfast today a double decker. Not the chocolate kind a slice of heavily buttered bread with a fried egg on, then a slice of fried bread, then 3 slices of bacon, then another heavily buttered piece of bread. Somewhere in-between it is your one a day lashings of tomato sauce.
