FREE UK lights to swap for EU ones

I imported my camper from the UK and it has the UK direction front lights on it.
I need the EU type.
My lights are working and in good condition.
Anybody want to swap or have any lights they don't need that will fit my 1978 van?

 

I have some euro head lights I got them off @PeaSoup we just need him to clarify I think his bus was from America you can have them for free if we can work out the postage price
