I think in Volksworld a few months ago Rikky James was talking about one he had found and what a rare clock it was, the photo was the same clock as yours.

Copy & paste the words into babel fish & it will do the rest.

I have one in my late late bay and the instructions in german ,it does lite up ,but that is as far as I got... ;D
