type 4 heat exhchanger differences

    they are not compatible you will have to stick to the same type you have . i presume you mean extended bit that goes to the cylinder head .

  2. yes bud the po welded the 2 ends on iv had it repaired but it keeps braking this is what i need and need it like tomoz lol

  3. You should be able to weld that back on a piece of ******* ,
     
  4. It was welded back on when I got the bus then it broke then it got it tacked on broke again then I ground it all right back today and yes it broke again the metal is bad

    @1973daisey I noticed your welding on the heat exchanger on another thread and thought
    1) That'll fall off.
    2) I hope he has them perfectly aligned.
    It is possible to weld them, but they have to be positioned very accurately and you need lots of power. It's worth a go if one has fallen off, but two is pushing it.
    One will turn up.

  9. Yes bud think this happend was just out so wen was tightened up popped it out again but the outer casing is shot allso wouldn't get heat to manny holes !! Allso looks like the 2 pipes are twisted so hard to get them right !!
     
  10. They are both just steel , find someone with a TIG set and it will weld
