Type 2 as a funeral car!

Was talking to a chap at our local classic meet and he told me that a guy in Essex has bought two vw splits and was converting them to a hearse! So its get the rock and roll in position and strap em in for funerals on weekdays and pop back the seat for weddings at weekends. Anyone heard of this conversion? makes a change from the trailer ones. Wonder what the name of the company will be? Man with a Van, Vicar of DUBly. etc

I intend to take the last journey in mine, I may make a carpeted board so the coffin does not scratch me vinyl

 

if you leave the fuel pipes alone i reckon you could go for the full cremation too.
