My abdomen is in fine fettle, sir. No need (although humping bloody great breeze blocks today, I'm surprised I haven't given myself a hernia. God, they're heavy.).

 

I find that a fine dusting of talcum powder prevents chaffing

 

I've been using WD40. Seems to work, and stops your nuts rusting

 

Dissimilar metal corrosion is so such a pain dahling.
