if you think Trump's a whacko, you should've listened to the interview on World Service last night with the head honcho from the National Rifle Association...unfortunately, these adherents to the 'freedom to bear arms' have the administrative and organisational backing to put people in power, and also remove them...in it's original form, the second ammendment gave 'The state' the right to form an armed militia in order to defend rights...after much legal wrangling, lobbying (and, no doubt, back-handed shenanigans) the NRA forced a change to the ammendment giving 'the individual' the right to bear arms....hence the ensuing carnage.... for my money, they should give all US citizens a hand gun, including children aged 3 and above...and let them reach the inevitable conclusion...freedom my arris.....freedom from what?

Interesting fact.......... If he'd taken his Dad's money back in 1982 and bunged it in the bank he'd be worth 3 times as much as he actually is now. Basically not only is he a loon he's a crap businessman as well! Trump net worth approx $4billion (according to Treasury, 10 according to him!), bank funds would have been worth $12billion by now. If he's given it to a stockbroker the figure would be $20 billion.
All scary stuff. Should Trump get the nomination perhaps that would be a good time to start thinking of building a fence around America to protect the rest of the World.
Anyone notice that each country has a department of defence, no one has a department of offence....which if you think about the UK and the US is pretty ironic seeing as we like a good invasion. To justify 'defence' one must have an enemy....if it's someone or group that can be isolated 'commies, a-rabs etc' then mores the better. Now call anyone questioning your logic a traitor, coward, unpatriotic and then you need that group to pose a threat and you can justify pretty much anything.
