Finally I get to go to the Dentist and have this pain taken away - hopefully, and a sizeable chunk of my bank balance - not so good. I've never actually looked forward to going to the dentist before, probably never will again.
Had one root filling a few years ago . Had the tooth removed last year - so I got a few years extra out of it.
Think I’ve been lucky, as never had any serious dental work...Despite my infrequent visits to a dentist, I think I’ve been twice since 2006! I realise that makes me sound like a rotter
Stopped going as dentist told me one thing and hygienist told me different and charge me for the privilege. Also it has become a training dentist linked with college, loads of different people looking after your teeth, no thanks.
What time's your appointment Bern? two thirty!........................................................................COAT
I had a root canal and had a temporary crown fitted 4 months ago but the lockdown happened before I got the proper crown fitted so I’ve had the temporary for 3 months. It has come off numerous times and I’ve been refitting it with temporary adhesive I got from the chemist.....Not ideal and I don’t know if the permanent crown ( which has been sitting at my dentist for 4 months) will fit properly now....
Yep - I went at 9.00am. Not a very nice experience but sorted for now. I have to go back for a crown in a couple of weeks time.
I'm still waiting for a root canal... a diet of various painkillers will do for a bit longer though...
