    Nothing tastes quite as good as a homemade rice pudding from your favourite rice pudding recipe. Rice Pudding Day challenges you not only to indulge in more adventurous rice pudding recipes, from rum’n’raisin to more unusual ingredients like lychees and nuts.

    Part of by staple diet growing up. Always an argument around the table about who was going to have the skin off the top.

    I’ve evolved from hot rice pudding with golden syrup or jam on top to cold rice pudding with cinnamon on top. :)

    Always loved the skin, especially scraping it off the sides of the enamel dish my mum used to make it in :D

  11. I don’t understand how two of our kids have grown up not liking the skin. What’s that all about? At least it’s more for me. Have you ever tried it with clotted cream? Wow!!!
