Today is No Smoking Day

No Smoking Day encourages you to ‘take the leap’ and give up cigarettes and smoking. Local authorities, business and organisations come together on this day to support people who are trying to quit by offering support, advice and hosting activity days.

Anybody going to abstain today? Anybody going to give up?

Damn I just lit one up, no way am I putting it out now

 

I brought some back from holiday for family but they decided they cant afford to by 200 mayfair in one go, time they packed up then.

 

i quit 10 days ago, so ive got a head start

sticking the money in a tin, gonna treat myself to something big like a new telly or bigger depending how long i can resist opening the tin with a tinopener

worked out i was spending 30 quid a week on fags

 

I'm giving it up .you have inspired me
