Today is Humbug Day

or many people, Christmas can be an incredibly stressful time of year. Coping with the pressures of shopping for gifts and planning events and parties whilst embracing the holiday spirit can be a lot to ask! Humbug Day encourages a controlled venting of all that stress before Christmas so that you can enjoy the festive season to the fullest.

'controlled venting' - I like the sound of that

 

i had an indian last night, i'm being very careful with my controlled venting this morning.

 

I could control vent about Xmas until the cows come home but I'd still dislike this time of year.
