Today is Chili Day

How do you like your chili? Without beans like the Texans? Con carne, turkey or vegetarian? Perhaps you'd like it mixed into your chocolate dessert. Any way you like it, dig in to that spicy bowl of heaven today, friends. We'll keep a glass of water handy for you.

 

i love chilli and since the horse meat thing i've not touched any processed red meat, shame really as i made a brilliant one using icelands pikeyest mince..... suppose i could try a veggie one but then again i checked if i'm a man and it turns out i am so the veggie option is out.

I make a mean chili if I do say so myself. Perfect food for sharing round a campfire.

 

I made a fab con carne Saturday, home grown chili and self shot moose.

I've had chilibeans and egg on toast for breakfast might have a chili tonight.

 

Get shin of beef or some cheaper steak cuts and slow cook for a few hours... Secret ingredient is celery salt... No beans.
