Today is As Young As You Feel Day

    If you are in good health, but feel restricted by how you are expected to behave, then As Young As You Feel Day is the time to rebel! We only live this life once and As Young As You Feel Day is a good reminder to us that age is a number, and shouldn’t be used to stop us enjoying ourselves.

    A lot of us have experienced mid-life crises - most of us more than one - so I guess that that is an acceptance of being older by definition, but a denial by actions :thinking:

    I'll try and do something outrageous later, after my muesli :thumbsup:

    I usually feel about late to mid to mid twenties at most. Coincidentally I also still look like I'm in my mid twenties*
