sorry we wont be able to pop over and say hi to this we are flying off to america on the 10th for ten days have fun everyone

 

It looks like there are going to be about 30 people this time so we are going to need a lot of wood, ideally cut into 30cm/12" (or smaller) lengths. We will also need a few fire pits.

I would say 1 per 5 people should do it - so with my mathematical skills I can deduce that is 6 we need.

We have 2.

So please can you post if you have a firepit you can bring.

I have a fire pit - never been used so this can be it's breaking in weekend.

Certainly an excess of firepits is no problem, just wanted to make sure we din't end up with one .

I like the drum ones because they are enclosed and wood burns a little slower (and as a result, colder) because of the reduced oxygen.
