Cor blimey it would appear that the storms are looming here in Norwich. The wind is howling like a good un and sounds rather aggresive. Not liking the look of the forecast for overnight and tomorrow but it looks at this moment that Norwich will escape the brunt of it. Feel for anyone that does get the full force of it over the next day or so. Anyone nutty enough to go out in their buses over the next few days? I still remeber my first experience of driving Rusty home last year when we brought her. Now that was a drive i will never forget. Never experienced cross winds like i did that day in any veichle i had driven up until that moment. It was scary but bloody great fun in a weird way.
I've just been out in mine got caught in a cross wind along the by-pass cant take the back roads...trees down everywhere :-[ had the scariest moment puling off the drive SOMEONE didnt put the toggles on my west roof!! i thought it was gonna rip itself off :dizzy: all good now home safe and sound...oh the missus wants to take the dogs for a walk along the cornish coast.... ???
Blummin' typical though.... weather like this and the central heating packs up at home last night Hopefully a chap I know is coming to have a look this evening. Fingers crossed it's nothing much.
Just did a wee bit of late afternoon shopping and coming back home from the city the traffic is at a stand still and more than usuall. Loads of ambulances flying around. Tis getting icy on those roads so take care peeps and keep safe.
