Three quarters bed V Full width

  1. After spending hours looking at everybody elses wonderful buses having second thoughts about wether to have full width bed or threequarter width.
For me pros of three quarter is the extra storage space etc. If I put a full width bed in do you think there will still be room for sink, cooker, water container and leisure batt? I am putting captains chairs in so no jockey seat and i suppose i will still be able to have storage up the side behind the seat and in front as intended, really it is just the bed width when down that i will lose! I really want to put three lap belts on the bench seat as well and i dont think there is enough room really on a threequarter bed. I geuss I have awnsered my own question really. Would like some other thoughts if anybody has any!

  2. Thanks man
just had a look and consensus is heavily towards 3/4 width it seems........

  3. Just realised I never finally updated that previous thread.

I ended up deciding to go for a full width bed, but with a rear side locker. Will sleep feet to the tailgate. So shoulders get full width, and feet have 3/4's.

Hopefully that will work well for me - a compromise of bed space and storage. Also will have some storage behind passenger seat in a buddy seat, and another buddy seat between kitchen unit and the bed.

But as you know, it all goes down to person taste and use.

  4. Another plus is that the full width bed allows me to have the three seat belts on the seat.

  5. I gotta say I swaying towards full width if I can figure out a way to maintain storage in a neat way!
Thanks for the input can you let me know how you get on? Thanks
