Thought it was time for a change?

Things have gone very tame here , i decided just last week that maybe i dont fit in being old and not trendy so i decided i would get a face lift first, i saw the plastic surgeon and we went through what i needed to have done. As it is now october he thought he would add a few finishing touches but im not sure if i like them. I havnt been on for a while as i dont seem to have been able to find my sense of humour since. Betty has encouraged me to get out more now i have my new look, but we dont have that many trendy people around here and i seem to be getting strange looks ???Anyway ive plucked up the courage to come back , as with most stuff on the TLB i know you will give me your honest opinion ??? So here goes

Is all he's done is removed the chain that went from your eyebrows to your lips to your nipples! Now, thats not surgery thats ironmongery!
