red meat,sugar and drinking alcohol. Lost a almost a stone with no exercise. So how’s all your ‘New Years resolutions’ going?
I stopped eating biscuits with my evening coffee over a year ago and have lost half a stone. This is far less painful than cutting back on alcohol!
Not eaten meat all year (apart from two dripping rolls), hoped I would be thinner but no joy on that front
Never make food related resolutions, love it all (except tomatoes!) too much But my standard resolution every year is to be a decent person. Never care to know if I succeed, but I’m damn sure folk will let me know if I fail Should probably try to give up sweets. Maybe next new year!
