If you're going to Zurich remember to take out a second mortgage if you wanna drink. A litre pitcher of margherita is the equivalent of over £30 and a large beer about £8. I smashed over £120 in a 15 hour session on booze alone!
My cousin has a small english speeking Guest house near a place called staffa just outside zurich , their used to be a nice campsite down near the lake but havnt been over for years. Beautiful scenery. 8) Google Alex Macartney for info. Hes a right laugh hes commercial artist too.
Scenery is gorgeous, and the way they pin roads to the sides of mountains is most impressive, pizza is stupidly expensive....worth a visit though, just take loads of food unless you have a bottomless wallet
We have been before but not driven.I know about the prices the only cheap thing are the trams .when you come back here it makes everything seem so cheap .
