'ere Bazza, I was in that London today, planting some trees in a park, and on my way back out all of a sudden it was like I was living your life..... Firstly I took a wrong turn and drove passed Stamford Bridge (the Bovril Gate? What's that all about?), then back on track I got stuck in traffic outside the Fullers London Pride brewery, at which point my ipod decided to randomly select the Roxy Music 'Flesh and Blood' album. Seriously, if I go bald over night and start taking an interest in big fish, I'm gonna be really worried!
The Bovril entrance was the boys entrance back when I was a lad, what did you think of our magnificent stadium, there is a pub next to the brewery you should of stopped and sampled the finest beer in the land, I’m sorry but Flesh and blood is my least favourite Roxy album only just in front of Manifesto, I’m not bald I’m thinning and finally you can accompany me fishing when ever you like, the only thing missing was a plate of good old pie mash and liquor
If that's the brewery pub on the A4 in west London - we stopped there for a celebration drink on the way back to Newport after beating Arsenal in the 1980 FA Cup Final .
