The CD player hole on the dash

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by Baydreams, Oct 10, 2011.

  1. Has anyone else had the problem with the hole for the CD player in the bus just not quite being big enough? Before I cut it to make it slightly bigger I just want to check that I not missing something here. Tried to put the CD player in through the front, then the back and the hole seems just a little bit too small.

  4. yes do that, and shove an old motorola in the hole, :)

  5. I really want it in the proper hole. That sounds rude. Got to be careful what you say on this site.

I want it to go in the hole it was intended for. Still rude.

I really want to fit it in the radio / CD player hole in the dash, not in some after-market cradle under the dash. Has anyone else had this problem and ended up cutting a slightly larger hole?

  6. How very rude!!! ;)

i dont understand having an old radio in there which is not used and a new one hidden somewhere else? yea it looks old and in keeping but to me its like keeping the old engine in and hiding the scooby in a box in the back! hahaha ;D

  15. Yeah open it up, you can't tell mine has been done use a belt file or a large file, don't use a saw or you'll make a mess. :)
