So as the saying goes time & tide waits for no man. I will be hitting 60 next week & it doesn’t seem that long ago that 50 came around. I felt 50 was the point when everything was down hill from now on & I must admit the aches & pains have all appeared in the last 10. I do try to keep fit although it does become harder as the joints & bones start to creak How does or did the rest of the latebay community of a certain age find the big 60
I’ve tried to keep fit, and keep looking at new things to do and learn about. Age shouldn’t be a limiting factor.
I doubt we'll be worrying about it. In the past I've consumed enough drugs & alcohol to pass the Motley Crüe entrance exam, so I might give amphetamines another whirl to get me back down to my fighting weight. And smack sounds like a bit of a chuckle if I've got a bit of time to kill... I could rejoin the priesthood. Some of those novice nuns were gagging for a man of the cloth when I was a bit younger. Or I could stick with the jigsaws
didnt even think of it ust came and went the 70 trotted along found I could get down and under Tilly, getting out and up was a different thing. Do my bike most days if dry and static bike if wet. Tai Chi is good for the mind and body I do that most days, try Yoga it will keep you supple But most of all don't even think 60
I turned 55 in June - definately starting to struggle getting under the bus and eyesight finally fading, I have to wear my Poundland glasses a lot now. My old man seemed to look and act much older when he turned 55, but my boys probably think the same about me.....
I'm 60 in 3 years Only thing I've noticed is my eyesight is getting worse also after a long drive it takes a few paces to walk upright. But in general I'm ok, probably because I run up and down ladders all day. Sent from my SM-G981B using Tapatalk
