OK, I shall say this once and once only, one if the original head seals was still on, stuck fast in the recess so the head was on cocked.

Cue much mocking

 

Cheap repair though...

 

No shame in that, will it be making the trip home without the trailer?

 

Looking on the bright side - it's a cheap fix and (IMO) it's good to find an actual obvious problem rather than fart about endlessly tweaking things and wondering why.

 

I'm home and going my usual musical cars with the pkrboo fleet

Just back home safe and sound after a three nighter, one word - Brilliant !

I didn’t do any work on mine but helped watch others do theirs but I had just what I needed , lots of chilling , laughing and socialising ... perfect ..

We know what's wrong but can't do anything, head damage on an exhaust valve, it needs a new head and the Big Yellow Taxi

 

Any idea of cause?
