All insane without a doubt. They should all have the reject tattoo.

 

OMG hope they are all still locked up!

 

When I about 9, I remember seeing this guy in our local town with a massive spider's web tattooed all over his face. And I saw him again last week, 34 years later. I guess he's about 65 now. I'd love to ask him if he has any regrets about doing that to his face all them years ago.
