"Super-mooning" anyone?

This is not some weird thing which involves baring you butt cheeks.... apparently there is an eclipse of moon tonight, so it'll go orangey red, as the earth blocks all blue light from the spectrum only letting infra red around. Alarm set for 2 am!

 

Not at that time of day, I watch it on catch up.

 

Was just looking ,,,
Nasa is making some big anouncment monday ,
Could be they found a old restorable splity up there !

 

Just been faffing about with my camera and stumbling about in the garden. I think we are about full eclipse at the moment. Beautiful night sky

 

still fixated with the neighbours mrs then?

So, after messing about with the camera, finding the tripod, failing to find the remote shutter release, and a bit of muttering I got these (amongst quite a lot) :

I got up, but my camara is tosh ,woke mrs lef and said you will not see this for another million years ,go look out of the window...

The next sound I heard was her snoring...
