Ok so i am ready to press the embarassed smiley but here goes - I have 4 stock wheels , two have round centres and two have star shaped centres , is there a reason for the different centres other than a mix n match over the years ?. i already feel a crimson glow rising to my cheeks :-
OMG how silly are you? Idon't know either. :-[ but I can supply you with 2 more star type wheels so they all match.
My spare has a round hole, It may be an earlier version....does it matter if they all fit the same hubs.
Gusbus' are star shaped, just found a pic of them. Maybe they used less steel when pressing the wheels to save a bit of the manufacturing costs scratch that, we're talking bout 1972 here, not 2012 :
bollys original (datestamped 1978) are star, some 1973 ones i had off brett are round, possibly older ones then?
