Stuart Lancaster for the England job................surely

Regardless of the Ireland - England result, something is wrong with the world if Stuart Lancaster does not get the job full time.

 

Agreed, has to be Stuart.

definately, its like watching a completely different team!

 

Had a work do at bath rugby last year and had a Q&A with Stuart Hooper the captain, he said Lancaster was the best coach he had ever worked with when he was at Leeds and he should be England coach. This was before he was appointed and I've seen nothing to make me doubt Stuart. Come on England, world champions on home soil 2015..!!

 

Completely agree. Has done wonders for our discipline and work ethic. Not sure who would be a better candidate.

 

Fully agree with everything that has been said. Very brave choices have been made by him and they have surely paid off. With experience these guys will go far, as long as this craziness of switching half the team at about 60 minutes does not continue. And IMHO he could get shot of Youngs and Stevens from the squad.

 

Who? For what job?

 

Brian Ashton got England to a World Cup final in 2007 and was sacked 6 months later.

For as long as Rob Andrew remains anywhere near the controls of English Rugby you can never be sure of anything!

Great news!

 

OK, I'm not into football. But I could name quite a few Premiership Managers. That's because you hear their names all the time on the TV etc. But I've never heard of Stuart Lancaster. Who's he? And, because I have to ask that question, I'd guess he's not the right man for the job.

 

Great news, right man for the England Rugby team, and hope all his coaching staff are there with him.
