Strange places in the town you live.?

In the summertime I live in Regensburg Germany. I am originally from New York City but that's another story. There is one or two strange places here. Walhalla , which is the same exact dimensions of the acropolis in Greece. It was built by King Ludwig the first.the crazy King ...The same king that built the famous castle in the south. Went walking up it today .Wondering what your town is famous for ...?maybe smaller towns are more interesting .... Just wondering ....

The only strange thing here is some of the locals.

 

Ever been to Nymphenburg palace in Munich, @dubsurftones ? Used to be at the end of our road when I lived there!

Hey @dubsurftones I spent a few days in Regensburg once with work, great place full of bars I seem to remember. Here's a souvenir of one that I bought home, I think it was a brewery bar that also made its own sausages!

 

I’ve seen them Play many times in the pubs and clubs around Grinny they are very good

 

Seen them many times myself in fact a couple of weeks ago at the local jazz fest
