I hate people who loose stuff, my stuff, Its a bloody hoover, upright one, it wasnt stuck on the conveyerbelt was it. !!!

 

You know how it is, done all the courier thing, transport bla bla, Always make an effort, problem with all these cheapo parcel things is the owner drivers get 60p a parcel so drive around and leave it outside your house, in your bin, at someone eles's house because they are rushing for the next 60p

 

We used parcel2go several years ago to ship a right hand drive sliding door for our camper as they stated they always use 2 people to deliver large packages.
We were not at home when the package was delivered and it was at my neighbours when I collected it. On receipt of the package I saw that the packaging looked battered and on speaking with my neighbours it transpires the sliding door was delivered by one person whom removed if from the van and "rolled" it along its edges to my home and then 'rolled" it round to my neighbours when I did not answer the door.
Needless to say the corners of the sliding door were all bent over and when I contacted the company to complain they said they would return it and deliver a new one. When I explained it cost over £500 to buy because they are no longer made and are not readily available to replace they tried to argue what had happened.
We won the case but the refund was initially given to the chap that sold us the door as he had arranged the courier. He then squared up with us.
Never used that courier since.

 

Try Shipleys - I used them for a pair of seats - they had the best price.
