While it had stopped raining I decided to try and start "Marigold" for the first time for a few months. I was not expecting her to start but on the first turn of the engine she fired up. Now looking forward to some warmer weather so we can actually use her for camping.
Always a good feeling - we do give Arthur a little pep talk when we start him up - I like to think it helps...
Nice one they always start - low compression engines with simple mechanics - no Laptop required! Did it clear its throat a little with some smoke? Normal if it did dont worry
No Stan come to think of it she didn't. I put my hand near the exhaust and it was clean. I will give her a service before she is used in earnest though. This will be the first full summer of using her for us and looking forward to it.
