Start the bus from the engine

Is it possible to start the van from the engine? I have a t2 latebay with an 1800 engine

Or if I start it with the key how do i rev the van from the engine?

Twiddle the throttle via the bar between the carbs.
To start it, you can run a wire from the spade on the starter and dab it on the battery +ve as long as the ignition is on.

Make sure it`s not in gear ,especially reverse... ;D
