Stanford Hall show

Just get their after 9am and stay all day. Tbh not sure any different from any show. We do kimbolton too as it same

You can camp for £15 though.

 

First year we had the bay we camped which was in the field behind the house within the grounds of the show only disappointment was due to it being a one day show (Sunday) they only allowed one night camping, it also falls on the bank holiday weekend so two nights would be better, we also have to factor in that we live less than 15 mins from the place too so no drama for us to rock up just for the day. They no longer have the camping within the grounds of the show and use the local campsite over the road somewhere I believe so you could stay longer so we just go for the day and its well worth it and always manage to bump into a few TLBers for a chin wag!

P.S. Matt does awesome food, we go just for one of his breakfast wraps & he also has the cheapest coffee on site unless you make your own!

They do now allow camping on the Saturday and SUNDAY night so you can stay til Monday. But if you are camping you probably wont be able to get onto the display part.

Poptopkitchen is there from Saturday afternoon until close of show on Sunday

If anyone needs anything transporting from Techenders to pass on to / for collection by anyone going Stanford Hall then we are more than happy to do so, let us know if you don't fill the 10 spots as we can drag Poppy the Pod along to display if we need to fill the area so we dont look lost!

 

Is there defo a TLB area as club stand applications are closed now

 

I read this on other page & thought I'd revive the thread & see who's attending & if there was space for us!

Could we have a pass for the stand please. Not been to this show before, and have only heard good things about it.

 

Oh yeah sorry had this email ages ago but still not got any further info, only a few of us going so far:

Hi, just a quick note to say thank you for your application for a club display at Stanford Hall VW Show in May 2018.
At the moment, we are still very much in the planning stages, and decisions on extra passes will be made closer to the show, but if you applied for 10 or less passes you are guaranteed to get that many.
The current plan is that passes will be allocated and sent out in late March/early April once the places are filled.

Looking forward to this, my daughter has asked if there is room could we bring Poppy the Pod along for her to display? She's very proud of it & would be great to get her involved
