  1. So was gona go for some Fuch reps when I finish my van but the more I think the more I would like to refurb and reuse my original steelies, so what the lowest profile tyre any has used on a bay rim on the front and a little chunkier on the rear? Has any got any pictures? Is going to be fairly low on adjusters and drop spindles too :)

Won't this bugger the gearing as the rolling radius will be altered?

  4. You'll rev the nuts off it unless you go for bigger wheels - or drive slowly.

  5. Oooo any pics? Will prob make the can even slower, if that's possible!

  7. To be fair want chunkier on the back it's the fronts that I want skinny

  8. Sorry, just realised you said chunkier rears, in which case you'll just ramp up the miles on the odometer.

  9. Ill be able to pretend my bus is really really quick lol

  10. i think you will struggle to find a commercial rated low profile tyre in 14 inch fitment

  11. I am currently running 215 17 40 extra load tyres all round, but soon changing up to 215 50 17 xl on the rear and
215 45 17 xl on the front this is due to gearing and speedo issues

  12. As mentioned remember its a heavy commercial vehicle, be safe and make sure you get a proper Commerical rated tyre. You dont want a blow out - will cost you more than a bashed rim?

  13. What brand tyres do you have on yours Stan?
