Squeaking from the rear supension

  1. Now I seem to have developed a squeak as well - if you rock the van side to side there is a loud squeak coming from either the torsion bar cover or that area somewhere - do you have to grease the back like you do the front - can't see any nipples (unfortunately)

  2. No external means of lubricating the rear beam is provided. Could be a shock absorber bush breaking up.

  3. Could be worn "donut" bushes at the end of the torsion bars. If they're tired (or someone's lubricated them) they can rotate and squeak.

The outer ones are easy to change. No grease, please!

  4. Ooops I forgot about them :))

  5. Is it safe to just remove the 4 bolts from the torsion bar cover or will something spring out at me ?

  6.
  7. Zed

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier
