  2. weve got the same problem. really don't want it on the front, or the back , or the roof. Are there any spacesavers that may fit?

  3. I have the same quandary but don't fancy drilling & fixing to front so may just live with it in the back for now!

Would consider a stainless wheel holder for the front if anywhere sells em...

  4. leave it in the garage and carry tyre foam and a pump like moden cars

i fancy one of those devon rear mounts, birdy was looking into space savers if i recall.....i have mine in the cupboard behind the seat (westy) but the propex is going in there so it's gonna be tyre weld in a can for local running and spare in the trailer for distance......i bought a front mount but don't want to fit it now.

The rear mount on the Landmark looks like a good solution.

Have a look at the blue bird one you could copy it but at £100 i would not bother

i agree with ricky, tyre weld and battery pump for normal use, sling a spare in when camping or on long journeys!

  13. do you guys rate tyre weld ?used it twice and on second time it only got halfway home ,this was years back when the pug405,s were gods of the road looooool

its only meant as an emergency fix, and at low speeds. think its good to use to limp to the nearest kwikfit!

  17. The bolt spacings not really a problem, just re drill one or two of the studs, its more the spacing between the two hinges, the design of the one in the picture is very similar to the landmark one, but I've emailed two dealers of that bracket and neither have bothered to get back to me with the measurement ::)

  18. First option...... Vauxhall Astra spce saver redrilled (5 stud) which will be easier to hide

Second option...... Fit the above space saver under the passenger side front below where your feet rest this is what a member of our club has done and is quite a good result

    Hope this helps O0
