Soooooo many campers so little knowledge

  1. Spent the last couple months looking at campers for sale both UK and imports but spent the last couple days reading the stories on here and EB site to build up my understanding of what to look for and how involved a resto is.

    You folks have some stunning rides and i can only hope i can end up with summit nearly as good once i get sorted.

    Still learning here and lots more to learn but im lovin the research !!!!!!!

  2. Once you find something Stu don't be afraid to ask one of the locals to help you give it the once over, 2 pairs of eyes and an old head etc.

    Not afraid of some work, just wanting summit sound to build from - spent many an enjoyable hour under my old Mk2 Jetta - since getting a new 4x4 i miss the tinkering time lol

  6. Yeah mate i read your thread on importing this morning - sound stuff that - if we go down that route I'll defo be giving you a shout.

    Just as well i got 6 weeks off for the summer!!!! gives me more time to drool over the buses on ere! Although im heading to Devon for a weeks falling off (my version of surfing) on Monday so i expect to see a few kicking round down there
