Hi, I have a problem when starting from cold. If I try and start with the choke on it will just turn over and flood the engine, if it does eventually start it runs like crap. After 2 mins of driving it runs great. I’ve adjusted the choke but more choke makes it worse. If I don’t have choke on at all when cold it starts and idles fine, as soon as I put the choke on it runs like crap again. any ideas?
Too much choke for the summer. The full choke setting is for the artic circle, just set a bit for the UK. As you found, you barely need it and really then only in the winter.
This ^^^ Wind it back a bit by slacking off the three screws and turning the whole mechanism anti clockwise (I think !) That's assuming everything else is good with your carb .... Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
