For sale here is a Volkswares (proactive) Rock and Roll bed which I bought and had upholstery made for my Bay window project. I have just sold the bay and the new owners did not want anything in the rear and so here they are. These were ordered in April. I have used these beds for 3 of my projects now and wouldn't use anyone elses. These are strong. The rock n roll bed is full width for a bay window. All steel construction, includes all fittings and fixings for easy assembly. Fixing bolts, plates and timber batten (2″x1″for the bulk head support) not included. No MDF required, easy to fit and cushions (sold seperately) are secured by velcro through the mesh. Lift up seat for storage, wire mesh to save weight and for comfort. Fits flush with the engine bay area. The seat height without cushions is approximately 330mm, the bed height is approximately 455mm and when it’s extended it’s approximately 1900mm long. You can leave it as a bed and still easily get in and out of the vehicle. The upholstery is made for this bed but the rear load bay cushion is specific for a late bay. The bed has been assembled but never actually fitted, it does have light paint scratches . The upholstery is still in its packaging. These are black vinyl leatherette with yellow piping. I am hoping to get better pictures on my days off. The foam is 10cm fire retardant foam. This set cost me £800 but i am looking for offers in the region of £600? strictly collection only.
