I'm on the fence ...there I said it ..phew I feel better for that ..

Best way I can describe the two forums and why I choose to frequent both...

I liken the Late Bay Forum as being round the in laws for Sunday lunch , lovely people , great people and civilised ( mostly) conversation but constantly having to remind myself not to swear in front of them..


I liken blunderbus to having my snap in the work canteen whilst perusing the daily sport and being able to say what I want about what I want without offending anyone

I like both scenarios ...

 

I get what your saying but it would of sounded more sincere if you hadn't added in the 'More have stayed here' bit

I don't see it as taking sides or a competition of any kind, it is what it is I'm not overly impressed how it all happened & I still don't know why I had my access to TLB restricted along with others not involved with the situation & suppose will never know!

This is one of the reasons I dislike social media.
I enjoy the late bay, not a big contributor but I found it helpful for info on Tech issues, campsites and placed to go after reading road trips.
The joke section is very funny and I enjoy spotted.
Why it has degenerated into this slanging match I don't know but the mods can stop it easily by locking the thread and any other threads that may arise trying to continue the argument.
Come guys I bought Tilly to enjoy the VW life this forum is part of that life.

Does sum up the 'others' point of view quite well and from inside as well!
If only "someone" would admit it though. That said Tony Blair still hasn't said Iraq was a bad idea and the consequences there are, to say the least, a bit more severe.

Im into old vw vans, not left wing politics not T5s and race and religion, if the upshot of all this is that we can get back to the important things like feet or head towards the tailgate, pattern in or out on the curtains and which oil I can come back into the fold and out of my self inflicted exile cos I was fed up with it all.
