I agree the protagonists should sort it out in private, whatever the source of all this was. It is upsetting to read former friends sniping at each other. And boring too.
Yes there's room for two forums (fora?) and life has to change, yada yada but it's terribly sad it's come to this. TLB has been such fun and actually a real source of comfort a few times when life was grim in the real world. I don't know much about the internet but I think it's a pretty unique place.
Anyway, long may it continue. And turn back into the daft, happy, useful, thoughtful and sometimes even impressive place it was.

 

And hopefully things will calm down.

A lot of the comments on this thread seem to forget that some of us have friends on both forums and intend to stay on both, grouping us all as "puppets" for instance is irritating to say the least
