Nothing here in Brum and no ice to scrape off the wife's car this morning.

My eyes started watering as I cycled down Ravenshill Road though

Apparently reserved for soft southerners....another example of "Leveling Up" not working. [IMG]

  4. we are having a little storm here. wind 25 m/s it is then 55 mph and more snow than usual.
in the morning the snow was mostly 25...35 cm its then 10..12 inch but somewhere was 50 cm/20inch, nobody knows how much there will be tomorrow.
You can google Storm in Estonia 12.12.22.

Now start to ride home 2 hours early.

  8. Made it. Now in home. Last mile was most difficulty. No plowing and there was crosswind.

  9. Know it well. Used to have a g/f on Priory Rd in the 90's. I go that way from the Maypole to Olton to see family almost every week.

  12. Because we are mainly Protestants over here? :D

Seriously, we use metric for almost everything here now, except for distance, beer, etc. I.e. the important ones
(as a pilot I do understand m/s, km/h, etc but still prefer Knots and feet :D)

... Lets not forget the much loved Macdonald's meal of a 100 gramme'er with Foreign origin chips and a large fizzy pop

  18. Had to have the trusty work van dragged up a hill by a farmer today. It’s officially winter in the soft southern part of the country.
