I'd be surprised if they'd consider you for a moderator's post Malc.....nothing to do with your credentials or ability to make a good fist of it.
Without prolific posters generating inclusive topics and 'open' threads, there'd be little to moderate. Think of it as a recognition of your talents

You're better off amongst the rank and file...

 

Collusion eh? and there was I thinking that moderators were the paragons of impartiality and informed rationalism...

Ooops!.....er.....I never meant what I said about all moderators being ineffectual ne'er do wells, with limited imaginations, when i sent that PM to Poptop2 and included absolutely everybody in the converstaion (apart from the moderators)....I was being ironic

well...i didn't want to say anything, but now you come to mention it....
