  1. Just got the bus in the garage and attending to some jobs. I am working on the sliding door side on the track cover, going to paint that and the window surround, will be easier with the door off, is it all straightforward and will it go back properly?

  2. about half way along middle track is a cutout, relaease the runner here. then hold door, tip forwards, releasing top runner. then swing door out to release bottom ri
    unner. or something like this!
in reverse to refit. easier with two people but you can do it yourself

  3. Silver

    Silver Needs points/will pay!

Release rear from mechanism as above, then slide to fully open position and pivot rear of door away from the bus (keeping the door level) then lift the back edge up until the bottom bracket comes out of the runner (have a look at the bottom track before you start, you can see the exit point for the roller) The top will then fall out. Better with 2 people and you shouldn't need to force it at any point, or you may break the bottom bracket.
