Slate Tiles

  1. Hi All,

Ok so i've just layed some natural slate tiles, and after reading all 4 bottles of cleaners, sealers, polishes and more cleaners. The first cleaner say's you need to leave the floor at least 6 days to dry before sealing!!

My question is if I leave it 6 days its going to be dirty again. There in the only bathroom and I have a 4 and 7 year old. So do I wait, or seal them in the morning when they look dry as I've got the heating and a dehumidyfier on!

Has anyone had any experience on this.

    Thanks Scott. O0

Is it not just to do with the adhesive drying completely? - sure you can wash them with water before you seal, as long as everything is dry before you lay the seal on?
