    I don't know if this is good or bad. Why does it say talktalk when i'm on aol and what am I doing in coventry when I live near peterborough? ??? or to put it another way WTF ???
     
  6. Sometimes it cant detect your ISP (Internet Service Provider) properly, The server is where it is testing your connection from not where you are.

    Cleaned it up a little for you. Your noise margin is perfect which means there is very little interference on your line
    The line attenuation is a product of the distance you are from your nearest exchange so I would assume you are 4-5 miles away.

    With these stats your max adsl speed on your line should be:


    adsl2+ (LLU) 3488kbps Throughput 3087kbps

    In english this means your router should connect at 3488kbps (3.4mb) with a stable speed of 3087kbps (3mb)

    Its not massive amounts but you could get more speed from Sky, maybe worth a call and ask them to re-profile your line.



    Loudo - the wrong type of line?? unless they put rubber wire in I dont understand. Phone cable is phone cable. 3 miles from the exchange you should be getting at least 3-4mb
