Indeed we did & its on the list for next year but we are planning to tag it onto the front or back of a week on the coast @VIVASKEGVEGAS Could you please pass on our thanks to the two fella's that came down from the gate to help push our van away from the wasps nest we had parked next to as she had decided she wasn't going to start & also the chap on duty in the medics tent who came out to check on our lad at 1am sat morning after he woke gasping for breath and breathing was noisy he put us at ease by giving him a blast on an inhaler & supplied us with paracetamol for the weekend as we had forgotten to bring his prescribed inhaler or any calpol stuff with us This was us taking the awning down after discovering the wasp nest lol Oh I almost forgot about the bin bag supplied which was half full which I believe someone collected part way through the weekend & left us a new one, that was a very nice touch... Thank you
I know, I know, I had said I would post more... Here are a few more pics I took from the weekend We loved the sign on the way in... Our lad was desperate to have a ride in this but the guys on the Hayburner stand said they had issues with no insurance & couldn't give rides as they had originally intended so we had to tell a little fib & say it was broke although he did see it a number of times being driven around the showground which was hard to explain to a 4yr old. So @nedfaux if your listening you owe my boy a ride in this ... P.S. get the insurance sorted for next year otherwise I'm dropping a dissapointed 5yr old at your camp next year to have his tantrum This was also very cool... But not as cool as the fire engine, according to my lad I think this was brill @Mrs_Robo was holding the pooch up at the window We couldn't resist having a go Also loved this... I could of had a bath whilst being pulled round the show The event tent... Loved the chill out area outside the event tent... Oh can't forget the lovely pop top kitchen for picking @Mrs_Robo out the hat as winner of a breakfast wrap, I'm afraid it wasn't enough for all of us so we bought more & it was lovely And although there were no showers the toilets were plentiful & spread out around all the camping area's, you were never too far from a bog... Only complaint about the bogs was the white mobile close to the fairground, I thought someone hadn't flushed but in actual fact when you flushed what you would have thought was fresh water wasn't and it stunk probably worse than sewage!
