I have a walkthrough, but I might block it with furniture. I'm looking for inspiration so if you've done this or have a non-walkthough model - giz a flash.
Ikea to a kitchen wall unit which is bang on the same width as a VW van and is just the right height to use for storage + cooker etc on top. Can't remember which range it is but its dirt cheap
Ooooh hang on, bit of a debate going on here now as to what constitutes a walk through. Paley thinks it's where you can't walk through from the cab to the rear. I thought it was where you couldn't walk in one side of the rear and out the other (a twin slider). I have a feeling I might lose on this one...but please clarify :-[
Paley's right. Mine is actually a walk through bus, but I like the idea of using the space between the seats. Joker's one is interesting, but I need something with cleaner lines shall we say.
Darn it, I hate being wrong : Keep it as a walkthrough - I use the front seats at night as a place to put my bag, clothes etc and stash stuff I need to locate quickly in the glovebox (glasses, contact lenses) and it's really, really handy to just nip through to get everything I need. Also in the mornings as I wake up ridiculously early I often just sit in the front with my brew - couldn't be doing with having to go outside and open the doors all the time ;D
Hey Zed, there's loads of interior shots on this website although they show all busses and not all have the walk through blocked up but there might be some ideas here: http://www.customclassicretro.co.uk/Gallery.html This one is lush! http://www.customclassicretro.co.uk/Metalic%20Green%20showinner.html
