Snotty, the fleabay ad says it's for 40-42cm. I just measured my std steering wheel and its about 45cm OD. Will it work? I assume the VW wheel is skinnier than a std truck one - is that right?

 

Nothing flashy about mine. I don't even have a glove box lid!!

 

I've ordered this one that says it's up to 45cm.

You'd be better going for 45cm I think, as per @dacky360 . Have a look at what size I said in the original post.

 

It's the temperature control for the Eberspächer. Has to have quite long leads on it, as the heater is still in a box in the garage ...

It's a little German plastic work of art. Such good quality compared with Chinese crap.
